LAST-A-FOAM® FR-7100 Rigid Polyurethane Foam

LAST-A-FOAM® FR-7100 is a unique, fine-celled high-density polyurethane foam intended for styling models, prototypes, mold patterns, tooling, low-cost composite core, proofing NC/CNC machine programs, and other applications where an economical, versatile, stable, grain-free stock material is desired.

LAST-A-FOAM® FR-7100 is supplied in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 30 and 40 pound per cubic foot densities, in sheet thickness up to 12 inches. Standard sheet sizes: 48" x 48" and 48" x 96". 30 pound per cubic foot densities are available in 24" x 48" and 24" x 100" sheet sizes only.

Special sheet and block sizes are available --we will gladly provide a quotation on request.

Bonding, Filling, and Sealing LAST-A-FOAM® Products:

LAST-A-FOAM® FR-7100 can be bonded, filled, sealed and painted with a wide variety of commercially available finishing products. Our customers report greatest success with automotive and wood finishing materials, but the range of usable products is not limited to those types.

QUICK SET BONDER

LAST-A-FOAM BONDER--Single-Component Adhesive for Foams to 20 lbs. per cubic foot

Do you need to laminate or bond together urethane foam sheets and blocks?

Foam users will find the new single-component LAST-A-FOAM BONDER easy to apply, and fast-curing. It gives excellent results in bonding or laminating foams from 3 to 20 pounds per cubic-foot density.

LAST-A-FOAM Quick-Set BONDER sets in less than one hour, allowing quick-use of assemblies.

This polyurethane-based adhesive expands slightly to fill bond-line gaps, and cure to a hardness closely matching surrounding foam material, giving almost-invisible joints.

Physical properties and chemical-resistance will be similar to those of regular LAST-A-FOAM materials.

Solvent-free, LAST-A-FOAM BONDER use is not limited only to polyurethane foams—these one-part bonders will also work on polystyrene, PVC, and other, similar plastic foam products.
